In order to guide and run the company effectively and systematically, Management of the company Michail Arabatzis S.A. Industrial And Commercial Food company implements a Product Quality Management & Safety System which has been designed so as to ensure the Company constantly improves its performance and effectiveness, taking into account the relevant legislative requirements, the parties involved and product safety issues.
The necessary criteria and the methodology which ensure not only the operation but also control of these processes in an effective manner have been defined.
The Product Quality & Safety System implemented by the Company is in line with the requirements according to the standards

- BS ΕΝ ISO 22000:2018
- BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 9: August 2022 (Grade A+)
- IFS Food Version 8: April 2023 at Higher Level with score 97,2%
- RSPO, UTZ, Sedex Certified
The company's objective is to produce high quality products meeting the technical specifications which have been laid down by the Company thus ensuring that they are safe and healthy for the consumer. This objective is achieved by:
- Strict selection and control when raw and other materials used in preparing products are delivered to us;
- Using state-of-the-art machinery to monitor all stages of the production process;
- Storing products in specially designed refrigerated storage areas; and
- Transporting products in freezer trucks when delivering them to customers
