General instructions for use:

1. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
2. Caution: The product cannot be baked in a microwave oven.

Baking instructions for fan oven:

1. Set your oven to 32-35 degrees Celsius with a humidity of 70-75%.
2. Place the products on the baking sheet at a distance from each other (calculate three times their volume).
3. Place them in the putty as they are potted for about one to one and a half hours. If no stuffer equipment is available, leave them at room temperature for about two to three hours (determine the time the first time) until they are well puffed and the dough comes back together after lightly pressing with a finger.
4. Just before removing the products from the puff, preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
