At this year's Xenia, visitors had the opportunity to taste at the booth, which was transformed into a breakfast room, an extended variety of savory and sweet, tasty proposals, in various shapes, types of doughs and fillings, ideal for a delicious breakfast, with aromas and flavors of our homeland and international cuisine that combine high quality with excellent taste. They had the opportunity to enjoy authentic Thessaloniki Bougatsa, traditional pies & twists, crispy rolls & triangles, as well as fluffy croissants and the complete vegan product line. In addition, this year the new Mini Strudels were introduced in 3 delicious fruity flavors
- delicious strawberry filling with cream
- aromatic lemon filling with cream and
- rich apple filled with cream and cinnamon
The new flavor proposal stands out for its fluffy dough that is perfectly roasted on the outside, while all the freshness of the fruit and the sweetness of the cream emerge through the lines.
