2. Caution: The product cannot be baked in a microwave oven.
Baking instructions for fan oven:
1. Set your stove to 32–35°C with a humidity of 70–75%
2. Place the croissants on the stove for about 90 minutes.
3. Bake, in preheated oven, at 170°C for 22-25 minutes.
4. Adjust the temperature and the duration of the baking according to your oven.
