General instructions for use:
1. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
2. Caution: The product cannot be baked in a microwave oven.
Baking Instructions for Convection Oven:
- Set your proofer to 50°C with 80% humidity.
- Place the products in the proofer while still frozen for approximately 1.5 hours.
- Shortly before removing the products from the proofer, preheat your oven to 170°C.
- Bake at 170°C for 20–25 minutes, or adjust the baking time and temperature according to your oven.
