Michail Arabatzis “Hellenic Dough” at Foodexpo 2026

Michail Arabatzis S.A. once again was present at this year Foodexpo, the leading food and beverage trade show in Southeast Europe. Important meetings with buyers took place at the company’s newly renovated booth.

At this year's Foodexpo, the company showcased an expanded product portfolio, featuring new and innovative savory and sweet flavors of high quality and added value.

The expanded product range of 700 sku’s, is further enhanced by new, innovative products in various shapes, sizes, and types of dough, as well as savory and sweet fillings. By keeping pace with evolving consumer trends and dietary requirements and drawing on a high level of expertise and state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, the company offers customized products such as vegan, kosher, and halal options.

Individual rolls product line has been significantly expanded, featuring either new flavors inspired by traditional Greek recipes made with extra virgin olive oil and premium P.D.O. ingredients, or innovative flavor combinations based on creative recipes. In addition, traditional Greek pies, mini pies, croissants, and brioche were presented.
